Beliau juga menjabat sebagai presiden dari asasosiasi dokter spesialis bedah plastik rekonstruksi indonesia / Indonesian Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (InaPRAS). dr. Budiman juga merupakan kepala dari departemen bedah plastik di RSUD Gatot Soebroto. Hingga saat ini, dr. Budiman sudah memiliki pengalaman dibidang bedah plastik lebih dari 20 Tahun.
